Include the screen, approximate time, device, and step where the issue occurred. You do not need to attach your full manuscript or sensitive personal information.
Quick checks
- If AI writing stops, confirm your network connection and submit the request once more.
- Use Save or enable one-minute autosave to preserve the current draft.
- If server and device copies differ, Unus Liber will stop automatic overwrites and ask which version to preserve.
- Use Export Manuscript in Book Preview to share a copy through the iOS share sheet.
Project deletion and privacy requests
Delete a project directly from My Library to remove its device copy and corresponding server save. For additional access or correction, email the project title and device type.
Service availability
If an AI provider or storage service is temporarily unavailable, Unus Liber does not overwrite your manuscript automatically. Contact us if an outage continues.
